The Trinity American Lutheran Church was organized in 1884. The New Church was built in 1948 and dedicated October 30, 1949. The congregation is a member of the American Lutheran Church with headquarters at Columbus, Ohio, the National Lutheran Council and the American Lutheran Conference.
