For more than one hundred years the people of Belcourt and the Turtle Mountain area have sustained and nurtured an undying faith in God and a devotion and love for St. Ann, grandmother of Jesus. This great faith, manifested by an annual observance of the Novena to St. Ann, has continued to the present time.
