Hoya lacunosa ‘Leopard Skin’

Hoya lacunosa ‘Leopard Skin’ is a rare cultivar of Hoya lacunos from Southeast Asia, treasured for its unique silver-splashed leaves and sweetly fragrant blooms. Each leaf is speckled with irregular silvery markings reminiscent of leopard spots, giving this compact vine a bold, exotic appearance.

Native to Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Hoya lacunosa thrives in humid tropical forests between 100 and 900 m elevation. The ‘Leopard Skin’ cultivar is believed to have originated in Thailand and was selected for its stable, highly decorative foliage — a natural mutation that stays striking even in indoor light.
