Hoya carnosa ‘Madara’ (also known as ‘Snow Angel’) is a cultivated form of Hoya carnosa recognized for its heavy silver splash and speckling across thick, waxy leaves. The foliage has a medium to dark green base densely overlaid with silver markings caused by localized air pockets in the leaf tissue, giving it a frosted, snow-dusted appearance. Leaves are oval and succulent, growing along trailing vines that can cascade or be trained on support. This Hoya prefers bright, indirect light, a fast-draining substrate, and allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings to maintain healthy growth and leaf texture.
