Herby Lutheran Church
Herby Lutheran Church was organized in 1891. In 1892 Olaf Mattson deeded over 4 acres of land for the sum of $1.00 to the newly organized congregation. The church is located 7 miles west and 2 miles south of Argusville, North Dakota. Herby is named after an area in southern Sweden known as Skane.
