It was established in 1878 and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 1978. The church building is still standing and is well-maintained, despite the congregation closing in 2001. The church is known for its beautiful building and grounds, and it still gathers for one service a year, usually in August around Ulen’s annual Turkey Days.
